You don’t need to sign in to read SumLogic’s lessons. We don’t currently use visitor analytics or advertising cookies, or embedded video and social-media tracking.
Reading lessons and sending a message
Cookies and similar browser storage keep small pieces of information on your device. We don’t set optional cookies or save browser preferences for lesson readers.
Your browser may save copies of pages, fonts and other files so they load faster next time. This is called a cache. How long copies stay depends on browser and website settings. Our fonts are served from SumLogic itself.
The contact form uses a temporary security code to help check submissions and prevent misuse. It expires within 48 hours and is not used to track your browsing.
Website administration (not needed to read lessons)
People signing in to manage SumLogic use cookies for secure access and saved settings. Login cookies last for the session, or up to two weeks with “Remember me”; some administrator preferences last longer.
Consent and your choices
There are no analytics or advertising cookies to accept. Necessary form-security and sign-in functions are used without cookie consent. If we introduce a feature that requires your consent, we will ask before enabling its storage or tracking.
You can block or delete cookies and other site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking necessary storage may affect the contact form or administrator sign-in. Deleting browser data does not delete a message you have already sent us.
For questions, email contact@sumlogic.co.uk. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is used. We will update this notice if our practices change.
